• Building Tara - an AI voice agent that does debt collections with and without humans in the loop across different delinquencies.
• Built OpsZero - a smart allocation management system that reduces manual efforts in connecting borrower to the right telecaller.
• Built SuperAgent CRM - a Kanban like CRM but for tele-callers so that they focus more on required information and better conversations with the borrower instead of scrolling and figuring out stuff from spreadsheets.
• Migrated Vue 2 to Vue 3 while building some components from scratch as Vuetify broke with the upgrade.

• Migrated a legacy internal app from GRAILS framework to Angular and Java Spring Boot which helped the internal team to track the deployment of 99+ middleware through a sub-pub .
• Maintained and shipped new features for Acquisition - one of the core services for WestLaw.
• Did regular prod support and helped with regular maintenance of AWS including cleaning up CloudFormation stacks based on Blue Green deployment to save costs.
