• As a supervisor of the Customer Support team at Bitkub Co., Ltd, I was responsible for coaching agents, evaluating agents' performance, reporting agents' performance & ideas, and customers' needs & satisfaction as well as analyzing in order to develop the serving strategies and products that match their needs.
• As a leader, I also served as a role model to motivate agents to go the extra miles such as giving out ideas or consultants for projects aside from their main tasks.
