Hi, I'm Jenna, a Senior User Experience Designer at Parspec. Like a lot of designers these days, my journey into design has been anything but linear. From biomedical research to automotive sales, business development to UX design—curiosity is at the core of everything I do. On the surface the end user may look vastly different, from a young family looking to purchase a second vehicle to a CFO streamlining their task flow. However, the end goal is always the same: solve a problem by developing a core understanding of the users goals, motivations, and frustrations. My unique work experience across various industry settings has taught me to skillfully communicate and problem solve to deliver an outstanding product that is holistic to both business and users needs.
