  • Additionally I also supported the Marketing and Brand team by being the project management liasion between them and the development teams. Aligning the priorities of the team with the priorities of our two marketing trailers.
  • For the development of the Star Wars project I worked with our BAFTA Nominated Audio Design team. A 10 person team responsible for all Audio and Music.
  • Supported the Audio Director in conveying audio direction
  • Organized the scope of the Audio team to provide better clarity on what to do and what's left
  • Optimized the pipelines to allow us to move faster and deliver higher quality
  • Took us out of the Scrum cadence and implemented Kanban for increased flow of our work
  • Removed roadblocks and made the general team more aware of Audio by sending a weekly update
  • Negotiated contracts with outsourcing partners
