• Egoma Technology is dedicated to manufacture and nanomaterials and scientific equipments. The company specializes in producing customizable solutions to ball mill requirements and nanopowders.
• This intern was focused on to integrate PLC and VFD together to make the machine which is made to make nano powders run automatically and according to one’s individual demand. Logical programming was done to make PLC functional and VFD was integrated through its own inbuilt interface with proper security checks to work machine automatically. Software was made on Visual Studio platform through C# language to manipulate the PLC through computer over the connecter through MODBUS. VFD drive was added to manipulate the frequency of 3 phase supply to control the speed of the motor.
