About

During my five plus years at Ericsson, my focus has been on using machine learning models, including generative AI, to tackle challenges in the telecom domain. My contributions include building an NLP-to-SQL solution with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), a knowledge graph based solution with MCP for code understanding, automating Java code reviews using open-source LLMs (mainly llama), and predicting problem ticket resolutions. I also explored financial variance categorization for telecom clients and comparative cost analysis across cloud platforms. I also published an Ericsson blog on AI-driven financial data categorization. Previous experience as Lead Data Scientist at Embibe was involved in EduTech research on enhanced student outcomes through machine learning, Senior SDE in Microsoft was applying ML in different features of Edge browser.
