  • Prior to joining Accenture in 2010, for 10 years, I was a partner in the Corporate department of the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, which I joined in 1992. I led a broad corporate practice at the firm, which included representing underwriters, private equity funds and corporate clients in public and private financings, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and providing general corporate counsel. I helped open Cravath's Hong Kong office as an associate in 1994. In 2001, I returned as a partner and co-headed the office until it closed in 2002.
