• Designed an innovative translation process, using machine and human translators, to deliver high quality translations in the shortest time possible.
• Designed and implemented a Path Optimizer that intelligently decides the next best step for a translation. Patent pending.
• Re-architected the entire Ad stack to be language of preference compliant and serve Ads in multiple languages. This was a cross team effort involving 7 services in 4 different teams.

• Worked as part of the tax team to make exemptions handling and functioning simpler for Amazon Business customers.
