• I will be responsible for the complete layout design activities from Front end to back end (base on ISO design Process) and handling individually up to 20 layers, several BGA’s >2K Pins, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm pitch BGAs with Blind and Buried Via techniques, HDI Micro via - Stacked and Staggered Micro vias & Back drill VIA.
• Major Key projects involved: Blade Server boards, Network boards, mixed signal boards, communications systems – GSM ,LTE, Avionics, Defense boards, Tablet PC boards, Power Electronics boards, EMC/EMI certification of the products, Analog, RF and ATE Platform boards.
• Worked in Interfaces PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, SATA, UART, HDMI, MIPI, USB and QSFP socket interfaces and constraints setting.
• PCB Library database, verification of Sch Symbols & footprint as per IEE, IPC standard surface mount design & land pattern standards & also other components which as per industry standards using Allegro EDA & ADW tools.
• The layout technique for High-speed designs up to 4gpbs as well as EMI, EMC, Cross take, Reflection, Control Impedance skew and Length matching, Mechanical skew Problems, DFM, DFT, DFA and PCB Manufacturing Process considerations during layout work.
• Efficiency of Placement and Density of Routing to all relevant IPC, ITU-T, IEC, and MIL Standard High Frequency Design.
• Have strong understanding of Design requirements and have good interacted with multiple teams – Design, SI, PI, and Mechanical team to execute the projects and Resolve PWB design Issues via Email, Data Management tools(EDM, DS-CR), web meeting and Instant messaging..
• Worked in closely with manufacturers to assure that the product meets the DFM/DFA/DFT requirements.
• Optimized component selection towards new designs based on functional, environmental and compliance requirements - as needed throughout the product life cycle.
