• Successfully worked in a team of three on ML-based projects for India and US-based Amazon Distribution Fulfillment Service. During an org-wide hackathon, I was awarded the 'Best idea' for proposing and presenting the idea of collecting and reusing packaging material. My objective was to publish comprehensive storage limits in Amazon FCs to MCF sellers on the Supply Chain Portal. To achieve this, I devised a strategy to predict seller demand and trained four time-series forecasting algorithms. After finalizing the Deep AR model due to its high accuracy, I imputed selected time series affected by COVID-19 lockdowns resulting in an accuracy uplift of 20%.
• In another initiative, I worked to improve the health of the Redshift cluster. I created a plan to predict the health of the cluster one hour in advance using an ML model and tailored the target variable based on manual interpretations of upsurges by the BI team. I created a lightGBM model with a Gini-0.81 score in a reproducible template and am currently working on Shapley's method to compute the marginal contribution of variables to help the BI team prioritize the order of fixing.

• During working with EXL Services LLC, One of my projects was to personalize the visitor experience on a GCS shop and track & optimize its performance. I designed and deployed an XGBoost model (Gini-0.74) to identify commercial visitors to the shop using internal & 3rd party data. I also developed a merchant recommender GBM model to predict customer × merchant × industry combinations with Hi-ROC spending to enhance analytically identified customer × merchant recommendations for B2B spending.
• In addition, I conducted a matching exercise to identify SBOs with SBA-funded loans (PPP – 5.2M & EIDL – 3.6M) within the client’s portfolio to estimate loan amount using multi-linear regression for the client’s portfolio using internal & SBA provided attributes (R2 ~ 70%). I also developed wheels for programmatic DM & Field retargeting campaigns using Internal & External Digital Signal Intent for Prospects and proposed a framework for enhancing liquidity signals employing trends of organic clicks & paid ad budgets for businesses.

• As a Senior Consultant, I led various projects during my tenure as a strategy consultant for a Fortune 500 client in the BFSI sector, specializing in data science, BI, and data management. I received the 'Shining Star' award for Q1'17 and top 5%ile rating in 2021. One of my key achievements was the design and evaluation of membership reward discount campaigns and partner value analysis for associated merchants. I also analyzed the portfolio performance of an organization for possible acquisition and proposed a framework to optimize early warning systems for capturing potential business card defaults in the Small Business portfolio.
