  • Best management of SLAs such as stock inbounding (especially in case of temperature sensitive units) trouble tickets resolution, timely processing of Odd locations inventory in order to keep the process completely healthy and time rigid.
  • Determining best batching strategy (route management of delivery orders) with the help of last mile team in order to apply best sortation methods for placement of invoiced orders.
