• I was lead developer for IDX Broker. It was a partnership between Chad Barczak, Jeff Kast and I to deliver inventory and real estate web site solutions.
• The web sites utilize Multiple Listing Service (MLS) real estate data from across the country and would provide it an a search engine optimized web site format that could easily be integrated into the customers web site.
• I built all the systems that extracted the data from the MLS and the mechanisms for distributing to agent or brokers web sites.
• I also recently have built 50 state real estate portals for IDX Broker showcasing agent / brokers nationwide. The Real Estate for Sale in Network.
