• I’m leading platformisation efforts in my team. Currently, working on a project which platforms Operations capabilities in JSM, making it a first level entity so it can be scaled to other projects. This requires deep understanding of domain mapped with analytical thinking to democratise the platform and make it available for all products so its not in a silod box but integrates well with the rest of the product system.

• I have worked on multiple projects improving developer efficiency.
• I have lead the incident management experience inside of Jira service management for more than 1.5 years. During this time, I supported the team reach their KR, do research, work on 10+ projects end to end. This included building core expenses for Incident management with features such as stakeholders communication lifestyle, micro services experience, resolving incidents and concluding with Post incident reviews. This project increased customer satisfaction.
• Next up, I lead Automation and Orchestration design strategy, partnered with global platform team, did research and delivered multiple milestones for the project. During this time, I led the systems thinking and ux for including power automation features such as delay steps, human in the loop, parallel and serial execution, etc. I partnered with my product team to build Playbooks inside of Jira.
