Designed and built a Network Operations Center for Amazon’s FireTV Hotspot and Amazon Sidewalk networks. Implemented detailed job reports with charts, providing comprehensive device-level details for each task. Designed and implemented a solution to maintain and manage FireTV Hotspot network device configurations using AWS IoT Core Shadow. Leveraged a ReactJS-based Network Operations Center UI for network engineers to update and audit configuration update actions across multiple devices.
