In the last decades, the evolution of internet has been a major force into de-centralizing and democratizing world’s resources and the revolution of data has enabled this massive shift in a scaled manner to help the world become a better place. To play my part in this, I currently work with Amazon where I manage analytics for Sub Same Day delivery vertical, where we are focusing on making a wide variety of selection available to end consumers for delivery within the same day. Previously, I worked with Meesho where I helped democratize e-commerce in Indian market by helping millions of metro to tier 3 city customers shop from large to small scale retailers from across the nation. At Meesho, I got the opportunity to help optimize fulfillment and support operations, improve supply chain planning, enhance user’s post order experience and reduce Cost Per Delivered Order. I also worked with User Growth @ Meesho where I focused on improving Daily Active Users and improving Monthly Active User retention by levers like Push/Pull Notifications, Whatsapp Comms, Facebook Re-marketing. I lead Home Page analytics at Meesho where I improved demand shaping by improving user's tendency to order by showing relevant products/widgets. For activated users, I designed strategy on how to make them habit formed users on platform, improving user's LTV. I started my career with Mu Sigma, where I worked for over 3 years as a hands-on analyst as well as a delivery owner/lead with multiple fortune 500 clients across domains like Retail Pharmaceutical, Chemical Manufacturing, Search Advertising and Technology. I have a Bachelor of Technology with specialization in Computer Science from Chandigarh Engineering College. While at college I helped Trestor, an Indian Blockchain start-up in increasing it’s user base and acceptance in Chandigarh tri-city area and participated in organizing college events. I am passionate about traveling, reading and watching Manchester United play.
