I am a software engineer who loves building reliable, high-impact systems that make things work faster and smarter. I have 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience at Samsung and startup Turvo Inc., and recently completed my Master’s in Computer Science at Virginia Tech, where I worked on LLM evaluation and retrieval-augmented generation systems. At Turvo, I helped re-architect our Rules Framework into Spring Boot microservices, migrated 216K+ shipments with zero downtime, and tuned Elasticsearch and GraphQL layers to make global search feel instant. Before that at Samsung, I worked on System UI for over a billion Android devices and contributed to the world’s first foldable phone launch at HQ in Suwon. Recently, I’ve been exploring how large language models can detect subtle consent-violation patterns in online narratives, building data pipelines with OpenAI, Gemini, and SentenceTransformers.
