• As an SDE 2, I have been working as a Python developer and Analytics expert for Onyx - A blockchain team within JP Morgan. Some of the highlights of my work are:
• Designed and built a robust block explorer service employing Python, Flask, and Web3.py. The service dramatically enhanced our analytical capabilities, enabling comprehensive examination of transactions within the Quorum network. It effectively fetched blocks, transactions, and decoded events, irrespective of the smart contract formats, significantly boosting visibility into network activities and operational efficiency.
• Engineered a custom data ingestion service to seamlessly consolidate data from diverse cross-team services into a PostgreSQL database. This service served as a robust foundation for generating reports and analytics for leads via Qlik. Utilizing the APScheduler library in Python, the scheduler service ensured real-time data retrieval and integration.
• Created a python based GraphQL service which emerged as the go-to resource for clients seeking analytics data. The service’s well-designed GraphQL schema and endpoints provided a structured way for clients to access the information they needed efficiently and accurately.
• Developed an employee performance tracking service leveraging Python libraries including pandas, numpy, seaborn, and pyplot. This service’s ability to furnish comprehensive performance statistics, alongside insightful analytics incorporating Git commits, pull requests, and repository data, played a vital role in fostering transparency, accountability, and ultimately, elevating team dynamics and productivity.
• Successfully containerized and migrated critical services to AWS Cloud utilizing Kubernetes and AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS). Redesigned applications, including the block explorer service, optimizing for cloud-native architecture. Achieved an impressive performance enhancement, increasing block fetch rate from 60 to 15,000 blocks per minute.

• While working as an SDE 1, I was working as a full time Java Developer mainly focussed on API building using Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, Gaia (in house cloud), etc. Some of the highlights of my work are:
• Implemented and maintained a Java and Spring Boot based document processing service designed as a storage and processing system for employee receipts generated through corporate cards.
• Pioneered the adoption of Blue-Green Deployment methodology within our in-house cloud, Gaia, across all services. Achieved substantial reduction in downtime and heightened production deployment efficiency. Additionally, introduced utilization of S3 Expiration API for our services, streamlining data management processes.
