• Developed and maintained a multi-tenant provisioning platform serving major telecom clients like T-Mobile and AT&T, managing services like Fraud Detection, Intelligent Preferred Networks and Campaign configurations with cross-tenant data isolation.

• Optimized the IPN Profile Screen by moving business logic from Java to SQL using database functions and views, reducing load time from 15s to under 3s.
• Developed a PL/SQL program to manage hierarchical logical expressions for campaign rules with complex AND/OR operators.
• Implemented Next Communities Export using graph traversal and DFS algorithms to prioritize user segmentation logic.

• Created Tariff Generator, an app that processed GSMA pricing policy specs from XML files and generated estimated tariffs as Excel outputs, saving ~60 man-days annually.

Built a Spring Boot application that integrated with Elasticsearch for document indexing, retrieval, and updates, while designing the schema and indexing strategy to optimize search performance and relevance scoring. Additionally, automated the formatting of crude drug data from Excel files into structured formats using JXL API, streamlining the data preparation process for platform integration.
