With over two decades of experience in the testing industry, my role as the Chief Psychometric Officer at Kryterion allows me to engage with clients deeply, helping them design credentialing programs that achieve their business goals while improving the lives of those who obtain the credential. My passion lies in creating certification programs that enable individuals to differentiate themselves in the marketplace, get better jobs, earn more money, and do what they love. Likewise, it's very rewarding to help clients drive the adoption of a new product, protect the public's welfare, improve customer satisfaction, and/or lower support costs. When not immersed in work, you'll find me outdoors, exploring trails with my dogs or competing in Hunter/Jumper shows. I cherish the contrast between my work's intellectual demands and the physical challenges of equestrian sports. Moving from Erie, Pennsylvania, to Scottsdale, Arizona, I now enjoy beautiful weather year-round (well, except for maybe summers :)), which complements both my professional focus and personal interests. This balance keeps me inspired and grounded, ready to tackle the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
