• Design and development from scratch of a payment and management platform for EV charging stations, within a team of 6 developers (including CTO and tech lead).
• Architecture & Backend
• Designed and implemented a modular microservices architecture (10 services) in NestJS/TypeScript, built for resilience and scalability.
• Developed a multi-PSP abstraction layer integrating Stripe, Checkout.com, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, with intelligent routing based on cost (direct Google/Apple Pay payments vs. standard cards via Checkout.com).
• Architected the system to ensure service continuity in the event of a provider failure — validated in production during a Stripe account suspension, with automatic failover to Checkout.com and zero downtime.
• Implemented webhooks for integrations and payment flow automation.
• Docker containerization and CI/CD pipeline management for continuous deployments.
• OCPI/OCPP Integrations
• Integrated 4 charging network operators via OCPI and OCPP protocols, handling implementation discrepancies specific to each actor (these standards being more guidelines than strict specifications).
• Resolved inconsistencies in data types, expected payloads, and event sequencing in a fully asynchronous environment.
• Billing & Compliance
• Developed the complete billing system compliant with French regulations. (to be completed with specifics: invoice numbering, required fields, VAT, archiving...)

• Established code conventions and set up automated enforcement tooling: ESLint, Prettier, Husky, SonarQube.

• Development of the Axiocap platform, a SaaS solution for legal and shareholder management used by chartered accountants, law firms, and legal departments. Team of 7 developers including a CTO and a tech lead.
• Business Context
• Axiocap digitalizes corporate shareholder management: share transfer registers, online general assembly organization, eIDAS-compliant electronic signatures, share transfer processing. White-label platform deployed across multiple clients.
• Technical Contributions
• Participated in a full architecture overhaul: migration from an Express.js/JavaScript monolith to a NestJS/TypeScript microservices architecture.
• Developed features related to shareholder registers, online general assemblies, and share transfers.
• Integrated Electronic Registered Letters (LRE) into the share transfer process to ensure the legal validity of notifications.
• Implemented asynchronous inter-service communication via MQTT.
• Conducted load testing campaigns with Artillery to validate platform performance under stress.

• Participated in functional and technical requirements analysis, followed by specification writing and execution.
• Developed motor insurance subscription workflows and contract/document validity management.
• Worked on the legacy mainframe system (COBOL/JCL) for maintenance and nightly batch processing.
• Developed mobile banking applications using the in-house C# Devbooster framework.

• Development of SuffrageWeb, a SaaS solution for electoral roll management connected to the national Unique Electoral Register (REU). Deployed across several hundred local authorities. Team of 4 developers including a project lead and a tech lead, within a group of around thirty people.
• Business Context
• SuffrageWeb enables town halls to manage the full electoral cycle: voter registration, removals, proxy management (including those from maprocuration.gouv.fr), polling station organization, and automatic synchronization with the REU and civil registry systems.
• Technical Contributions
• Developed REST API routes for voter management (search, registration, updates, coming-of-age alerts).
• Implemented data synchronization batches between civil registry records, the REU (INSEE), and internal municipal systems.
