Most HR teams are expected to “use AI” but very few are actually trained to do it properly. Tools are rolled out, policies are written, and yet teams still feel unsure, overwhelmed, or afraid of getting it wrong. That’s where I come in. I train HR teams and corporate HR functions on how to use AI in their day-to-day work, in a way that is practical, responsible, and compliant. No hype. No theory for theory’s sake. Just real use cases HR can apply immediately. I work with HR teams across recruitment, HR operations, performance management, people analytics, and leadership support — helping them understand what AI can do, what it shouldn’t do, and how to use it with confidence. Alongside training, I speak and advise on AI in HR, focusing on: • practical AI adoption for HR teams • responsible and ethical AI use • building AI confidence inside HR functions I bring together 13+ years of HR experience with hands-on work in AI, which allows me to translate complex topics into clear, usable guidance for HR professionals.
