About

Most of my days are spent helping teams cut through the noise of security findings and actually do something useful with them. I live in the world of exposures, vulnerabilities, misconfigurations—across apps, systems, infrastructure, cloud, you name it. My job is figuring out what really matters (and what doesn't), getting findings properly validated, and helping teams prioritize and respond without drowning in scanner output, duplicate alerts, or a million competing fires. A huge part of it happens in the messy middle: the places where tools stop, teams aren't sure who owns what, and processes haven't quite caught up. That's where the real risk lives—and where I try to add the most value. Lately I've been digging into how generative AI can help security folks work faster through piles of messy data, reason more clearly about real threats, and spend less time copying-pasting between tools. It's early days, but the potential feels pretty exciting. Outside work, I'm usually hanging around in SecOps communities, tinkering on side projects, or writing/sharing whatever practical defensive security stuff I've been learning the hard way.
