  • I have added some features that include displaying the live photo of a customer with its corresponding liveness score and face match score. Also integrated API in the back-end. This data is coming from the AWS S3 bucket.
  • I have added a feature that can enable and disable the Biometric KYC option of a customer in the workbench. I have optimized this process by calling only one API rather than three different backend APIs. Therefore, it saved 600ms time as one API almost takes 300ms. And reduced latency, Making this process 300% faster.
  • Added two details, KYC mode and KYC status of the Customer, on the profile page. It saved the time of the customer support executive and enhanced the customer experience.
  • I have added a feature using which an authorized person can disable-enable full KYC of customers in bulk. It not only saved time but also enhanced security in online banking.
  • I worked on Pan Verification API migration and Wealth API migration. Pan verification is one of the crucial steps in opening bank accounts. And Wealth API creates wealth accounts for customers while onboarding. This work added value to the onboarding process.
