  • Upped the bar for Window Live Services by driving and increasing the service availability goals of WLS from 99.8% to 99.9% by driving and implementing projects to improve service monitoring, alerting & platform improvements.
  • Responsible for owning and managing the Annual OpEx budget of $18M and a CapEx Budget of $7M for EOL server replacements and organic growth, management reporting of budget on a quarterly basis.
