  • Planned & managed the tie-ups & systematic on boarding of 300+ local stores in Pune, under the program "Pick your Product from a Nearby Store". Created a framework to gradually reallocate daily delivery loads to partnered stores & ensured that stores are functioning within the defined efficiency parameters.
  • Instrumental in executing the program called "Pick your Product from a Nearby Store". It enabled working people or someone who is not available to accept delivery of their product for more than three days, by allowing them to pick their product from their chosen location at their convenience. It also allowed the company to reduce fixed cost & ensure smoother & timely delivery of orders during festive seasons.
  • Instrumental in redesigning the route for delivery & reducing the delivery time by 3 hours, &improving overall efficiency by eliminating multiple operational lags.
  • Conducted multiple seminars for training the in-house employees as well as employees of the various partnered stores assigned to the "Pick your Product from a Nearby Store" program, including the owners of the store.
  • Instrumental in the preliminary planning & execution of the "Udaan program” - an interactive AI-enabled truck to be parked at specific locations to enable quick purchases & extension of "Pick your Package program", to increase customers convenience.
  • Got selected for the position of Intern Head. As an Intern Head, ensured completion of the duties assigned to the team of interns before the specified deadlines, monitored their performance, & resolved problems related to the projects assigned to the team.
