My experience spans Computer Vision, Robotics, Machine Learning. I am excited to walk the uncanny valley of research and development, enjoy learning new things while thriving in challenging environments. In my current group we push on building foundation models for text, images, video, music, speech, audio, multi-modal both to understand and generate for the benefit of various products at Facebook as well as the research community at large. My group built Llama model family for text which are currently among the best open source LLMs and Emu models which are image generation models that power multiple media products at Meta. Specialties: Vision, Robotics, Algorithm Development, Programming, Software Engineering, Prototyping.
