Manya Bajaj — AI Researcher
I’m Manya Bajaj, a pre-final year Electronics and Communication Engineering student at MNIT Jaipur, driven by curiosity, creativity, and a deep desire to build technology that matters. My journey bridges two worlds ,software logic and hardware design and I find joy in learning and creating every step of the way. With a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, I’ve solved many problems across platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, GFG, and CodeChef. On the hardware side, I’m passionate about core electronics, from digital and analog circuit design to system simulation using tools like MATLAB, LTSpice, and Cadence. Whether I’m building real-time applications or simulating logic-level systems, I focus on clarity, efficiency, and precision. I’ve interned as a Research Assistant at the University of New South Wales, where I analyzed behavioral trends on job platforms using AI models and contributed to data-driven documentation and insights. I was also selected for the Texas Instruments WISH Mentorship Program, where I explored industry-level workflows in electronics, collaborated with experts, and gained insights into circuit design and semiconductor fundamentals. Additionally, I’ve presented a review paper on the use of AI and ML in semiconductor defect detection, combining my research interests with real-world relevance in the semiconductor domain. Outside the lab and laptop, I’m a natural communicator. Affectionately known as the “chatterbox”, I find power in words whether I’m leading a technical session, presenting a paper, anchoring an event, or simply sharing ideas. I’ve delivered talks to audiences of 200+ students and believe communication is one of the most underestimated superpowers in tech. I'm also actively explore marketing, branding, and public engagement. From securing sponsorships for major college fests to managing content strategy on LinkedIn and Instagram for multiple communities, I love crafting stories that resonate and strategies that scale. I’m building a career that’s as much about systems and circuits as it is about people and purpose and I’m always open to connect, collaborate, and grow.
