About

Our big idea at Roland Berger is to help organizations, businesses, and entrepreneurs transform towards a new sustainable paradigm – all based on our three fundamental values: entrepreneurship, excellence, and empathy. As a member of our global Board of Managing Directors it is my job to bring the company’s idea to life. Upon joining the firm in 1998, I focused on developing and implementing strategies as well as transformation programs for car manufacturers and large automotive supplier groups around the world. From 2014 to 2020, I have been running Roland Berger’s global automotive business. Besides operational roles, I have been Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 2015 until my appointment to the Management Board in 2020.
