About

Gaming studios outsource QA. They outsource marketing. They outsource localization. But nobody ever offered to outsource the creation of premium physical experiences for their fanbases. That's what MOZUMA does. We're the first Experience as a Service (EaaS) company for gaming. We fund everything ($30–100K per project), handle design, manufacturing, and sales. Studios keep 100% of their IP and collect royalties on every unit sold. Zero risk for the studio. Zero compromise on quality. Before MOZUMA, I spent years in transmedia and entertainment tech: co-founding Mangafy (a platform for webcomic creators), building at Toontube, and working with startups across gaming, content, and IP development at the ads ecosystem. I think about one question constantly: Disney: one company, generated $63 billion in licensed merchandise sales last year. The gaming industry is worth $189 billion and growing toward $205 billion. Yet gaming merchandise sits at roughly $15-17 billion. Gaming is 2× Disney's size. Its merch revenue is 4× smaller. Why? The answer isn't demand: gamers spend $100 on digital skins without blinking. The answer is infrastructure. Nobody's been building the service layer for premium physical fan experiences. Until now. On LinkedIn, I write about: → Experience as a Service: the model, the economics, the playbook → Why gaming merch is broken (and how drop culture fixes it) → Transmedia strategy: turning one IP into revenue across every platform → Real numbers from building MOZUMA (wins, failures, lessons) If you're at a studio sitting on IP that deserves better than a $12 t-shirt, let's talk. → max@mozuma.co → mozuma.co
