  • Implemented a real-time system which aims to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by 20% within a year timeframe. Considering 1% OEE increase gives approximately PKR 0.8 Million in savings.
  • Developed this system at a cost of PKR 25,000. While locally it was sold at PKR 0.5 Million.
  • Published a comprehensive 150-page report and 50-page user manual.
  • Analyzed operating procedures and identified opportunities with supported data & input from all levels of staff.
  • Proposed solutions for production 4.0 and smart warehousing.
