Hey, I'm Medha Bose, A User Experience Designer passionate in designing interfaces that are engaging, simple and human-centric approach. Answering to a common question often asked during interviews - why ux? I have opted for UX as a career path as it involves cummulative contribution of design, communication & psychology which are all my field of interest. I started learning about UX through udemy in 2020, joined kalsify community and then completed a CUAx Certification course from HFI (Human Factors International) and Interned with multiple companies over a period of 1 year 4 months with great learning experiences. I seek to work in a globally recognised platform to broaden my scope of understanding and solving business problems along with user problems for a career enhancement. In my past roles, I worked as a product designer, Ux generalist and UX Experience designer with multi-functional teams contributing right from conceptual stage to development and product launch stage. My core skills include : 1. Defining Information Architecture & strategy Conducting competitive analysis, iterating user flow and lo- fidelity to hi-fidelity mockups, performing heuristic evaluation, card sorting, user testing and documenting the process and progress. 2. User Interface Designing Visual designing for responsive websites and also for iOS and android platforms. 3. Interaction Designing Creating GIFs, micro-interactions and prototypes, currently learning motion design. 4. Microcopy & UX Writing Writing microcopy for design, also performing SEO to analyse keywords to use in websites for searchability. 5. Accessibility Measures Recently started implimenting WCAG accessibility measures in design 6. Graphic Designing Designing posters for social media, email marketing, Banners, Newsletters and Brochures. Also creating illustrations as per need. I'm constantly learning to upgrade my skills in design.
