About

Most organisations treat product and technology as separate functions. I've spent my career proving they work better as one. At Climate Impact Partners I lead Product, UX, Engineering, Data and IT. In the past year: launched a self-service B2B platform in under three months, built a Shopify store that became the primary digital channel for SME carbon credit sales, and prototyped LLM-powered tools that reduce manual work and open new client propositions. I work hands-on with AI. Not to experiment. To ship. I've used Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs to test ideas and automate processes. I rolled out Microsoft Copilot and wrote an AI Playbook for the organisation. The measure was always the same: does this create commercial or client value? Before this, seven years at 101 Ways working with Just Eat, Tesco, DAZN and Tide. That's where I learned to embed product-led thinking in organisations that weren't built for it, and to scale teams without losing delivery quality. I'm comfortable at board level and at the terminal. I set strategy, make product and technical decisions, and work closely with the people doing the work. The goal is always impact. The rest is just method.

Work from here

Co-Founder

Oct 2020Jan 2024 · 3 yrs 3 mos · Bishop's Stortford

  • Founded during the pandemic, Work From Here was a self-funded co-working space designed to address the isolation and lack of flexibility many professionals experienced while working from home. We launched a new brand, sourced and renovated a physical space, and built a profitable, community-focused business – all within three years.
  • Key highlights:
  • Developed the concept in response to changing work behaviours and wellbeing challenges during COVID-19
  • Created the business from scratch – including sourcing the location, brand development, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plan
  • Bootstrapped the business with personal funds and turned it into a profitable operation within the first year
  • Built a loyal member base through local partnerships, events, and word-of-mouth
  • Exited the business in 2024 following a successful handover to new owners who continue to operate it today
  • This experience sharpened my skills in entrepreneurship, local marketing, physical product delivery, and business operations – and reinforced the value of purpose-driven, community-led design.
