I transitioned from development to QA after seeing well-written code fail due to unclear requirements. Since then, my focus has been ensuring that software doesn’t just work, but meets the intended requirements and real user needs. As a Software QA Engineer working within Agile and Scrum environments, I specialize in manual testing, requirement analysis, and structured test case design across web and native mobile applications. I collaborate closely with developers and product teams to clarify user stories, identify edge cases early, and support stable, high-quality releases. I bring foundational experience in test automation using Playwright, along with a solid understanding of development workflows. Before transitioning into technology, I worked on large-scale construction projects within the hospitality sector, where I developed a structured approach to quality control, documentation, and process discipline. I am a Palestinian living in Gaza, continuing to grow and contribute professionally despite the challenges around me.
