About

When I was in 8th grade, inspired by the movie "The Social Network", I learned PHP and made a Facemash app for my school. By the time I got to high school, I had started using my web skills to create a real impact. I created a Clinic Management System for a local clinic in Lahore, aiming to turn it into a SAAS product for all clinics in Pakistan. It ran in a clinic in Lahore for a year. I brought my passion for software engineering to LUMS and continued working as a Software Engineer alongside my degree. I took the role of team lead of the government-funded open-source Open Data Pakistan project and also created an Acquisition system for the US-based Institute of Emerging Careers (IEC), all during my time as a student at LUMS. I think of programming as an art form and thrive in super fast-paced & positive team cultures. I am passionate about what I do and once I commit to a project, I make sure I am an invaluable contributor to it.
