• What an experience it was working at Kurieta.
• Huge thanks to Vikrant (the founder) for seeing potential beyond titles and years of experience. When I first applied, the role of Project Manager was listed for candidates with 5+ years of experience. On paper, I didn’t qualify. Normally, my CV would’ve been rejected instantly by an HR. But Vikrant, with his founder’s instinct when reviewed my profile, he personally reached out.
• Our interview went on for over an hour, we talked about my entrepreneurial journey, mindset, and what pushed me to gain corporate exposure. He hired me as a Junior Digital Project Coordinator, and within three months, recognizing my work, promoted me to Project Manager. I eventually led tech, design and business consulting projects, blending creativity with strategy, something I truly enjoyed.
• I left Kurieta because I wanted to work on my own idea while pursuing my Master’s. When I brought it up, Vikrant (the founder) actually offered me the chance to continue working with them while developing my idea. Difficult to find an employer like that, truly.
• Eventually, I decided to step away because I knew it would be hard to give 100% to a company that supports me while balancing studies and my own plans. Still, I have huge respect for him and the team.

• During my final year in my bachelor’s, I worked on creating learning content and concepts for virtual simulations aimed at students from classes 5 to 10. My role was to think creatively about how to make learning fun, taking textbook concepts and turning them into engaging, interactive experiences.
• I had zero background in the e-learning space when I started. The person who hired me simply believed in my creativity, and that’s what got me onboard. At first, I almost refused the offer because I knew I’d have to re-study every topic to ensure accuracy. But once I began, it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable projects that I’ve done. Both creative and meaningful.
• This experience gave me a deep respect for professionals in the e-learning industry who genuinely make learning accessible and exciting. I eventually chose to move toward SaaS, but this short stint left a lasting impression and taught me a lot about how creativity and education can come together.

• When I started as a Business Analyst at Apparatus Solutions, I wasn’t entirely sure what the role entailed or where it would lead me. However, over time, through hands-on experience and learning, I developed a clear understanding of my strengths and passions within the field. By the time I left, I knew exactly what career path I wanted to pursue next.

I dedicated up to 14-hour per day on some occasions to keep pace with IT industry while managing academic assignments and exams, especially in subjects that were less engaging or foundational.
• This experience not only honed my technical and analytical skills but also taught me perseverance, time management, and adaptability in a challenging work-study environment
