• Spearheaded the creation of a model deployment and prediction micro-service from scratch, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

• FTE offer was issued a year after the internship ended due to headcount constraints, but I was committed to Flipkart, so I did not join.
• During my internship, I successfully completed several major projects:
• 1. Developed a comprehensive frontend for a Question Answer bot, which involved creating actions, reducers, and implementing conditional rendering for various views. I ensured expandability based on rendered height, which has been rolled out to production and is enhancing search result utilization by Customer Service associates.
• 2. Onboarded to an internal library facilitating the translation of static UI strings into browser languages. I adapted unit tests and constants accordingly, resulting in a production feature that enhances user experience across different regions.
• 3. Streamlined the codebase by eliminating the soft launch logic and enabling full feature launch for a feature while conducting end-to-end testing. Furthermore, I refactored the soft launch logic into a reusable class for future implementations.
• 4. Took ownership of enhancing database security by enabling encryption for RDS instances, ensuring data protection even when at rest. This involved coordinating with various teams and successfully implementing the encryption while minimizing downtime.
• 5. Designed and implemented a fully functional Navigation bar that included back, forward, and refresh page buttons. This addition resolved navigation difficulties experienced by users within the web app interface, resulting in improved user experience.
• 6. Responding to a Trouble Ticket, I devised an approach catering to screen reader users. I created a proof-of-concept (POC) for this solution and presented it to the UX and accessibility teams. The approach garnered approval and was scheduled for production launch post my internship, promising enhanced user experiences for screen reader users.
