  • System Study Engagement: I was a freelance consultant performing this Audit and Cloud roadmap recommendation for IXYS SemiConductors. This was a 3 months long engagement.
  • IXYS Integrated Circuits had been using Oracle EBS for normal Supply chain execution and Oracle Material Requirements Planning (Oracle MRP On-premise) for managing the supply planning. The purpose of my role was to completely study the existing business process in planning of the supply chain and recommend the corrections in both business process approaches and the road-map for cloud migration and strategy for the same.
  • In analyzing the current process followed for Demand and Supply planning, I analyzed several pitfalls in the areas of Forecast to Plan, Plan to Build, Build to Ship and Order to Cash business processes. These were qualitatively assessed for impact and quantified for value identification of impact as well. I also delivered the value propositions of each alternative using Cloud applications and business process changes for each of the identified focus areas and pitfalls in the final report.
  • The culmination of this project was the delivery of recommended roadmap to Cloud and also the approaches to improve specific KPIs identified to have been impacted in various process areas.
