• ◦ Synapse Runners – Complete ownership of framework to trigger synthetic transactions on prod Azure Synapse Analytics to identify & mitigate potential issues before customers are affected. Built a scalable system from scratch running 40+ runners running in 35+ regions.
• ◦ Azure Event Bus Integration – Lead and worked with 5+ teams to integrate Azure Bus with Synapse.
• ◦ Improvements Initiatives – Worked with the multiple on-call engineers & team to identify the pain areas and worked with the team to put different solutions in-place to reduce the on-call load and time to mitigate the issues.
• ◦ Synapse Flow – Lead a team of 2 developers to create a system to provide a visual flow of a user request on Azure portal across multiple systems. This system was capable of identifying the issue and providing the information from multiple requests and responses sent by several systems by using correlationId. This enabled the developers to identify the root cause in seconds without going through gigabytes of logs.
