• I was a full stack developer creating & enhancing modular single page applications for HomeAway. I wrote the majority of my code in a world of jQuery, knockout, bootstrap, ASP.NET WebAPI, EntityFramework, NUnit, and MongoDB. Having said that, I also dove into our java-based stack and wrote code when necessary using IntelliJ IDEA for an editor, JUnit for testing and maven for basically everything.

• Implemented a new build system for a global, around the clock development team at Travelport based on the Construct Build Accelerator offering from NT Prime LLC. We were able to implement Gated Check-in builds, increase developer efficiency through source code re-architecture and increased modularity as well as bring build times down across the board. The implementation was based on TFS 2010 and the PowerShell-driven Construct accelerator.

• Consulted as the primary architect, developer and designer for the FlowPay mobile web application. Retrofitted an ASP.NET MVC4 RESTful API to the existing web application & integrated existing authentication processes to host the application's services layer. Developed a PhoneGap-based, multi-platform mobile application using the Cordova framework, knockout.js, jQuery Mobile, & HTML5 for the client side application. Application used AJAX to communicate with the REST services mentioned above. Due to Apple AppStore licensing restrictions the app is currently hosted as a mobile web experience rather than as an on-device application. Initial development and testing for Android devices was performed as well as a preliminary step to submission to Google Play store.

• Collaborated with two other developers to create a Silverlight-based task tracking application hosted within SharePoint. The application was deployed as a SharePoint solution which surfaced as a Site feature. Once the feature was enabled, the Silverlight 4 application used full-trust capabilities to run out-of-browser and leveraged a combination of custom SharePoint-hosted WCF services and SharePoint OData services to communicate with backing SharePoint lists as the data-source for tasks and their related metadata & workflow.

• Implemented an end to end automated build infrastructure for Canoe's Silverlight/.NET development team using a combination of the following: MSBuild, Jenkins (an open source job orchestrator), PowerShell, StatLight for unit testing and GitHub as a source control provider.
• The build solution used GitHub's post-commit triggering to enable a Continuous Integration build environment that notified Jenkins of commits, firing off builds. The build automation had rebuild and incremental/patching capabilities with automated unit/integration testing and auto-deployment to a testing environment via Microsoft's Web Deploy technology. All integration between tools and technologies was automated using PowerShell.
