About

I believe technology is most powerful when it solves human problems. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve led teams that have built everything from AI-driven cardiac imaging platforms to inclusive digital health solutions for the trans community. My career began at Microsoft, where I learned to solve complex technical problems at scale. Since then, I’ve built and scaled engineering orgs from the ground up (myStrength), led product and engineering through acquisition (Livongo/Teladoc), and spearheaded AI-powered healthcare innovation (Cleerly). Today, as SVP of Product & Tech at Plume, I’m focused on making healthcare more accessible, inclusive, and equitable. What ties it all together: a commitment to mission-driven innovation, strong teams, and a belief that tech should serve people first. I share insights on: - Scaling teams & products without losing culture - AI & healthcare innovation — opportunities, pitfalls, and ethics - Human-centered leadership in tech 👉 Currently open to advisory, consulting, and speaking opportunities at the intersection of technology, leadership, and healthcare. Let’s connect if you’re exploring how to build stronger teams, navigate complex innovation, or shape healthcare’s future.
