worked along with the supervisor on lightweight chip-level security for IOT (Internet of Things).
Idea was to enable encryption/decryption of any data coming from/going to an IoT node with very low gate count and energy.
worked on a new crypto algorithm, SIMON came up with a novel idea to lower gate count/energy to be implemented on VLSI chip through verilog description and automated design flow.
