• I led an organization of engineers and managers in the LinkedIn Talent Solutions group and was responsible for LinkedIn Recruiter Search. I implemented strategic initiatives to drive key adoption metrics over the course of the pandemic, most notably introducing new search facets to help improve hiring remote workers.

• I led a team of engineers and managers across our San Francisco and Sunnyvale offices working on LinkedIn Talent Solutions’ insights product called Talent Insights. My team was a key contributor to Talent Insight’s successful launch and growth to an $100M+ business.
• Prior to working on Talent Insights, I led a team of engineers across our San Francisco and India offices working on LinkedIn’s Job Ingestion and Job Wrapping platform. My team was mainly responsible for increasing LinkedIn’s job liquidity across multiple countries, culminating in LinkedIn reaching 20M jobs on the site, as well as handling our enterprise jobs services that handled the creation and maintenance of 95% of LinkedIn’s paid jobs.

• I started my career at LinkedIn post-acquisition from Bright as one of the founding members of the Job Ingestion team. We were responsible for the successful integration of Bright’s job ingestion platform into the LinkedIn Jobs ecosystem and creation of tools to help grow our job liquidity across different countries and job markets.
