• Led and delivered several core business systems end-to-end, including booking and rescheduling flows, ride search, seat selection, subscriptions, live tracking, and LUXE. Built and scaled internal platforms for fleet operations, admin workflows, and ticketing, and drove multiple third-party integrations (Clevertap, WhatsApp, MMT) and significantly raised the bar on observability by introducing metrics and automated troubleshooting tools, enabling faster and more reliable decision-making.

• Played a crucial role in building and scaling critical backend systems that power Cityflo’s consumer-facing app, driver app, and inhouse CRM platform. As part of a lean engineering team, I built several features from the ground up.
• Some Highlights:
• 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺:
• Implemented the migration of ride tracking system from a monolithic Django backend to a Go-based service. At peak times, system handles around ~300 locations per second from all vehicles across our B2C fleet.
• Enhanced ETA accuracy with OSRM-based map matching and leveraged Redis Streams to filter noisy data from multiple real-time location streaming sources like driver devices and OBD devices.
• 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵:
• Architected and implemented the ride search feature leveraging geospatial data to recommend the nearest stops based on users' home and office locations, along with stop-specific timings. This is the highest-traffic endpoint in the system, handling 100K+ requests/day with a p95 response time of <400ms and a p50 response time of <200ms.
• 𝗧𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺:
• Engineered a dynamic ticket allocation system that optimized resource utilization, resolution time, and response times by 30% by intelligently distributing ~2000 weekly support tickets based on real-time availability and load.
