I am a senior HR leader with over 15 years of experience building, scaling, and strengthening HR functions across growth-stage, high-change, and complex organizations. I have led the people agenda end-to-end, spanning workforce planning, talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, while partnering closely with CEOs and leadership teams to align people strategy with business priorities. Alongside senior in-house leadership roles, I have worked in advisory and consulting capacities with startups and scaling organizations. This experience has sharpened my ability to diagnose organizational challenges quickly, apply commercial judgment, and design HR systems that are practical, scalable, legally sound, and defensible, particularly in environments undergoing rapid growth, transition, or restructuring. I am most effective in situations where structure needs to be built or recalibrated. My work focuses on establishing clear operating models, strengthening leadership capability and succession pipelines, managing complex employee relations with judgment and fairness, and embedding labour law and PoSH compliance without eroding trust or culture.
