• c) Research and Development, ensuring the Indian team employed the best available thinking and philosophy on coaching, management and leadership, from within and beyond sport.
• Our aim, set in July 2008 was to achieve the previously unattained rank of becoming the No 1 Test-team in the World, and to win the ICC 2011 World Cup, all within an environment where people were happy and have fun. The team achieved these goals.
