• Led redesign of the entire recruitment process from implementation to execution utilizing a dedicated website and various third party softwares (MS Teams, Zoom, Zoho Recruit ATS, Airtable, etc.) optimizing the workflow and output of the recruitment process, as well as increasing overall velocity to hire for the organization.

• Liaised directly with the Chief Executive Officer to expand the ROCCO group with various education and strategy initiatives with the goal of building the organization into what it is today.
• Created the websites for the ROCCO U and ROCCO Strategy businesses utilizing Wordpress development by designing and developing WordPress themes and plugins, researched and composed website user guides and documentation all resulting in a dynamic and seamless ease-of-use online presence.
