I am passionate about building scalable and reliable data platforms using Kafka, Spark, AWS, and other big data technologies. I have successfully built a data platform from scratch, migrating and processing data from various sources to S3 and enabling real-time and batch analytics with Presto. I have also implemented a Metabase dashboard for business insights and established a customized Hadoop and Spark cluster for distributed data processing. Previously, I worked as a data engineer at OYO and a software engineer at Thales. I contributed to setting up and automating ETL pipelines and developing SQLstream plugins in Java. I hold a BTech in computer science and engineering from IIT Guwahati. I aim to leverage my skills and experience to solve complex data problems and deliver value to the business.
