As a Senior Business Analyst acting as Product Owner at Enago (Crimson Interactive), I’ve led two full 0→1 product builds: an automated B2B invoicing platform handling 90+ invoices and an end-to-end operations management system that replaced the equivalent of 4–5 full-time resources through workflow automation. I owned discovery, PRDs, sprint planning, UAT, and post-launch iteration — the full PM loop. My technical edge is real.
