I'm building an ice cream company that does justice to India's incredible ingredients. For too long, premium has meant imported. Vanilla from Madagascar. Pistachios from Iran. Chocolate from Belgium. But India has an embarrassment of riches - from Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes to Kashmiri saffron to Kerala cardamom to Nagpur oranges.
