About

I have spent a significant part of my career immersed in the Salesforce ecosystem, helping businesses and stakeholders grow by building effective solutions and ensuring strong adoption of the platforms I create. I enjoy working closely with teams to understand their challenges and then developing systems that truly make their work easier, faster, and more productive. My journey began with designing custom Salesforce applications that improved day to day business operations. At Tata Consultancy Services, I led a talented team on a Sales Cloud project for a major telecom client, where we were able to improve their sales processes and create a more efficient experience for their teams. Contributing to large scale initiatives like this strengthened my belief in the value of thoughtful CRM design. In my current role as a CRM Consultant at Unique Comp Inc., I work across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. I focus on building scalable solutions, optimizing business processes, and creating user friendly designs that encourage adoption and long term success. My work also includes exploring Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce and using MuleSoft to integrate systems and create a connected experience across applications. One of the highlights of my career has been conducting Salesforce training workshops for more than eighty students at the University at Buffalo. Helping them understand complex concepts and seeing their confidence grow was incredibly fulfilling. I also led an end to end data migration into Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack for a nonprofit organization, ensuring a smooth transition and supporting their mission with reliable data. Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring others and sharing insights about CRM strategy, business process improvement, and the role AI can play in modernizing operations. Supporting people and helping them succeed is something that motivates me every day. If you are looking for someone who understands CRM, builds with purpose, drives adoption, and helps teams get the most out of Salesforce and integrated technologies, feel free to reach out. I always enjoy meaningful conversations about technology and growth. Email: pranavpalkar05@gmail.com
