• Developed Steel thread pipeline for various 3P merchants on Amazon.in Fresh Platform which involved making basic infrastructure ready (items , stores, Store ingress merchant onboarding, build cart, checkout, and eventually placing order)
• Drove discussions with multiple teams with respect to migration from legacy Pearl to Java web app tech stack in checkout module.
• Involved in scoping , planning and tech architecture of Cart Progress Indicator for Amazon Fresh where users while building up Fresh Cart will be nudged to built up cart with more value based on various promotions going live on Fresh.
• Operational Excellence / Oncall support to team. Worked on triaging and fixing various high severity customer issues across various verticals of Amazon Fresh. Deep dived into various unknown and ambiguous areas and provided effective solutions to fix problem for long term scope in order to reduce redundant / recurring tickets.
